## **J+3 :** Relance automatique

Une relance d'invitation est automatiquement envoyée 3 jours après si l'usager ne s'est pas encore positionné sur un RDV :<br>

**J+X :** Le statut de l’invitation passe en “Délai dépassé” sur rdv-insertion si l'usager ne s'est pas positionné sur un créneau. Vous avez la main sur le délai d'expiration de l'invitation dans la configuration de l'organisation sur rdv-insertion

💡 <mark style="background-color:yellow;">Par défaut, la variable est à J+6, mais vous pouvez nous communiquer le délai de votre choix</mark>
