# Configuration rdv-solidarités
Si l'invitation des nouveaux bénéficiaires par mail et SMS, les relances ainsi que le suivi des prises de rendez-vous e déroulent sur rdv-insertion, **la configuration des agendas des agents est à réaliser sur RDV-Solidarités.**
RDV-Solidarités est **un service de prise de rendez-vous ouvert aux usagers dans leurs démarches avec les services des solidarités**. Toute la [documentation de RDV-Solidarités](https://aide.rdv-service-public.fr/).
Pour rappel, le mot de passe de RDV-Solidarités et de rdv-insertion sont identiques.
Sur RDV-Solidarités, vous allez être amené, à **configurer les lieux, ajouter les agents et ajouter de(s) motif(s).**
Vous allez notamment devoir renseigner les champs suivants :
* **Nom**
* **Téléphone**
* **Email**
* **Site web**
* **Horaires**
*À noter qu'il est un nécessaire d'ajouter le numéro de téléphone de votre organisation pour que l'envoi des mails et SMS fonctionne correctement.*
